Left breast: Infiltrating mixed ductal and lobular carcinoma, nuclear grade 1, histologic grade 1-2. Pic 2 has clear ductal formation. Other pictures have clear single cell patern and targetoid pattern to support lobular ca. Pic 5 is DCIS. The descohesion seen in cell nests is probably artifactual. LN; Metastatic ducatl ca. Tight breast: Negative for in situ or invasive carcinoma. The ductal proliferation is probaly peripheral intraductal papilloma, not sure. |
从图片看，我支持mingfuyu老师的看法！不知最后诊断是否有免疫组化支持？
