The photos are probably best characterized as from a WHO grade IV glioblastoma. My only concern is that figures 2 and 3 have small cell areas, which if are parts of the neoplasm tend to make me wonder about a PNET with glial/astrocytic differentiation. I would do GFAP, synaptophysin and NSE immunostains for confirmation. I do not believe this is a rhabdoid meningioma or a gliosarcoma.
