很可能是低分化非小细胞癌(poorly differentiated non-small cell carcinoma) with fungal infection.
Those necrotic cells are tumor-type necrosis, it means the cells died but the cell contour is still there, like cell phost. It's an indication for tumor. Besides, those cells have very dark (could be from imaging, though) nuclei with irregular membrane and high nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio.
The cells do not resemble basal cell hyperplasia which should be in clusters and with uniform nuclei, and most time associated with ciliated cells on top.
