Looks like adenocarcinoid tumor of appendix. This kind of tumor has gland formation as seen in adenocarcinoma, but the tumor cells mark with neuroendocrine markers such as synatophysin and chromagranin. Very unusual to see such a tumor in a 19 years old, usually occur in 40-50+ years old patients.
