请问各位老师：手术室的病理标本应该由手术室人员送往病理科，还是由病理科人员去取？是否有相关文件？

 In US, we have seen both models.

A) Frozen section room in pathology departments.  B) Frozen section room in OR. 

In either cases, most large and complex specimens are picked by path residents and fellows.  In smaller hospitals without path residents or fellows, specimens are brought to OR by nurses in most times.   When FS rooms are within OR, the communication between surgeons and pathologists is more frequent and complete.
