Agree with above diagnosis.
If there is a junctional component, it is "compound nevus".
If there is no junctional component, it is " intradermal nevus".
The most important part is to make sure, at higher power, there is no evidence of "melanocytic dysplasia" or melanoma. I do not see those from the photos provided.

I do not know how frequent genital melanoma in Chinese women is. My guess is that it is pretty low. In US, genital melanoma is more frequently seen in black women than white women. Therefore, whenever I deal with a nevoid lesion in a black women, I will be very cautious to make sure there is absolutely no evidence of melanoma or dysplasia.
