I cannot see cell clearly. When you do IHC, make sure you add markers to rule out hematopoietic neoplasms, such as lymphoma and plasmacytoma. Also make sure the patient clinically does not have uterine bleeding to rule out vaginal implantation from uterine malignancy, because pure primary vaginal rhabdomyosarcoma in this age group is vanishingly rare.
