There is necrosis and cytologic atypia in more cellular areas in this neoplasm, consistent with malignancy. Some cells have clear cytoplasm, while others are in solid nests. I would consider this as a metastatic carcinoma, and possible primary origins include lung and kidney.

I would add some immunohistochemical stains to further investigate the nature of the malignant cells present: Cam5.2 and Ck7 to rule out metastatic carcinoma; S100, Melan A and HMB45 to rule out metastatic melanoma. I would also like to see some photos of positive GFAP stain. This challenging case is not straight forward as I thought.
