考虑颅咽管瘤。

 I am not certain what this is. There are irregular spaces liked by simple or stratified columnar epithelia with stromal inflammation, No wet keratins, calcification, or stellate reticulum are seen to support the possibility of craniopharyngioma. I do not see cytologic atypia for the possibility of metastatic adenocarcinoma. I would like to see more photos before making a final diagnosis on this interesting case.

I would like to see more photos before making a final diagnosis on this interesting case. 如果不看更多的图片，例最后结论尚不能做出。

 需要仔细看看影像学，肿瘤是否与后鼻道、鼻腔有联系，从形态上看我首选嗅神经母细胞瘤。

此外可考虑：PNET一类的胚胎性肿瘤、生殖细胞肿瘤（恶性畸胎瘤、胚胎性癌）

 生殖细胞源性肿瘤

 诊断:非典型性畸胎瘤样/横纹肌样瘤
