I would consider lymphoplasmacyte-rich meningioma (WHO grade I) as the first choice of diagnosis. It is a very rare variant of meningioma, and may be associated with systemic polyclonal gammopathy and anemia. The main differential diagnosis is inflammatory pseudotumor. The photos do not support other possibilities, such as Rosai-Dorfman disease, meningitis, Castleman disease, lymphoma, plasmacytoma, rheumatoid nodule, or dendritic cell tumor. EMA and PR immunostains may help confirm the meningothelial nature of non-inflammatory cells.

同mamj老师意见，主要考虑富于淋巴浆细胞型脑膜瘤和炎性假瘤。由于EMA阴性，以及未见到明确脑膜上皮分化的证据，我首选炎性假瘤
