再给大家转贴华子老师的回复内容,与大家分享:“又查一些文献,蛛网膜颗粒由细蒂、体及顶组成,顶部表面有蛛网膜细胞,体部有胶原轴心并有腔隙引流CSF入上矢状窦。人类蛛膜颗粒可较大,并被MR扫描显示。”
再请问:书上说的是脑脊液经由蛛网膜粒入静脉窦,可是那个图上看,似乎间质都是粉染的胶原样的物质,不影响脑脊液的流通吗?MJMA老师的看法:With age these arachnoid granulations get fibrotic and lose their efficiency as transporters, which may be why they are so prominent in your case. The efficient arachnoid granulations may be less prominent. This is my speculation and not based on any research evidence, of course.
