Cystitis glandularis.  If the tissue is from the dome of the bladder, should also consider remnant of urachus where adenocarcinoma of bladder occurs.

Don't favor nephrogenic adenoma becaue nephrogenic adenoma usually has small glands with short columnar cells without mucin.  I have seen ectopic prostatic tissue in women too, proven by positive PSA stain, the epithelial cells don't resemble this either.
