简要病史：	Headaches for 3 months
肉眼检查：

Figures 1-3 are taken from intraoperative smear, figures 4-5 are taken from frozen section, and figure 6-7 are taken from paraffin section. What is your diagnosis? Do you need any immunohistochemical stain(s) to help you?

This is a case of WHO grade III malignant or anaplastic meningioma based on high mitotic counts - average 30~40 per 10 high power fields. According to WHO 2007 diagnostic creteria, meningioma with mitotic counts greater than 20 per 10 high power fields qualifies as malignant or anplastic meningioma.

We saw 4 mitoses on one high-power field. Assuming this is not a rare field, and represents other areas very well, how many mitoses would we find per 10 high-power field? Is there a diagnostic criterion for WHO grade III malignant or anaplastic meningioma that is based purely on mitotic count?
