@赵澄泉UPMC Overall I like the idea of fibroadenoma with bizarre stromal cells. The atypical stromal cells, some of which are multinucleated, might be degenerated. Any history of external beam radiation to the site? I was also a little concerned about Ki-67 but could not comment further given the resolution of the images.

Some areas seem to have more cells with ki stain. I favor FA with giant stroma cells also. A little concerned because of the primary d.x of phyllodes.
