37 yo F neck lesion, excision. Pictures from another section. Your Dx?

Dx: Ruptured epidermal inclusion cyst. You can see keratin materials in multinucleated giant cells which is the clue for diagnosis. AE1/3 can highlight the keratin if you are not sure about it.

The teaching point for this case is that we diagnose epidermal cyst sometimes not a true cyst due to the nature of rupture.
