一般病史	反复上腹痛2年
标本名称	脾脏切除
大体所见	脾脏大小：19X14X9，切面见二个结节肿物大小：9X6X6及直径2.5，切面灰白灰黄多彩斑色，边界尚清，质中偏硬，似有钙化。

 Gamna-Gandy bodies/nodule/mass

small firm spheroidal or irregular foci that are yellow-brown, brown, or rusted color, occurring chiefly in the spleen in such conditions as congestive splenomegaly 

and sickle cell disease, and consisting of relatively dense fibrous tissue or collagenous fibers impregnated 

with iron pigment and calcium salts; probably result from organization and scarring of sites where 

small perivascular hemorrhages occurred.

Synonym(s): Gamna-Gandy nodules, Gandy-Gamna bodies, siderotic nodules
