21 yo F cervical bx. P16 and ki67 performed. Dx?
I am debating between CIN1 and CIN2. I can easily call it CIN1 and let it go. However, some area especially showed in picture 4 and 5, the immature layer more than 1/3 and reaching CIN2 confirmed by ki67. The p16 IHC is weak and even negative in the high proliferative area(picture 7 and 9). According to WHO book, high grade SIL can be negative for p16. But I do not see this situation before. Wait for experts comment!
