图1图2有三个小腺体没有肌上皮，但是高分子CK也有点弱阳，而图1与图5是相对应的，图5的肌上皮阴性，但是504s也是阴性。中间几幅图的腺体边上有一两个基底细胞，算阳性。图10开始有几个腺体周围肌上皮完全缺失（CK34E12也阴性，没采图）。这种腺体完整没有基底细胞到底是真没有还是只是部分缺失了？这几个小腺体HE腺腔中有的有深红染杆状分泌物。除了这几个腺体，其它所有玻片的腺体都比较典型的良性增生改变，就是这几个腺体稍微有点疑问？谢谢指点

可能是某种原因造成基底细胞缺失，不像肿瘤性。

kangjinghua: 是呀，就比如图片10，中间有3个腺体完全没有肌上皮，但是形态和周围腺体没有区别，而且上方几个腺体也是一半肌上皮缺失，所以总感觉怪怪的。2015-11-02 18:33

kangjinghua: 老师，我上了一些HE的图片，能帮我再看看？前面8幅是之前免疫组画对应的HE以及一些腺体有深红染分泌物的腺体，中间三幅是前面图片的低倍观，最后四幅是其他穿刺组织的低倍图，谢谢2015-11-03 22:42
