I have not seen definite features of ductal or lobular differentiation. Instead, all photos are consistent with that of a squamous cell carcinoma, which is rare in breast as a primary malignancy. How superficial is the tumor? In other words, can this be a skin tumor? Or, can this be a very rare metastasis from a different site?
