细胞明显异形，有坏死，核分裂明显。胶质母如何？

 the most common tumor in this location is a 听神经瘤, it is OK to have mitosis and necrosis in this location, but S-100 immunostain is necessary. Another DDx is meningioma, need to review MRI film.

多形性胶质母细胞瘤

 多形性胶质母细胞瘤。

 By the morphology, the tumor is dominant with Antoni A features and c/w cellular schwannoma (acoustic neuroma).

Please do S-100 to confirm.

 考虑胶质母。

 细胞异形，形态各异，可见核分裂，可见血管内皮增生，可见片状及栅栏状坏死。考虑多形性胶质母。建议标记下GFAP,Nestin,Ki67,S100,EMA，CD34

桥脑小脑角肿块，镜下细胞密度较高，Antoni A 型区较多，有核异型；倾向：细胞性神经鞘瘤（cellular schwannoma or acoustic neuroma），应结合MR影像表现，强烈建议IHC：S-100, Leu-7 等.
