Aesthetic Values:

Russia, former USSR countries - good looking, tall and in a variety kind of appearance. You may find a white girl with natural black hairs, which is mind blowing to the Western World.

Puerto Rico - the Latinas were friendly, tall, and cute. Warm place, warm people. Nice beaches.

China - some were VERY tall, 170cm / 5'7'' was the norm in some region. The northwestern, Tibetan region presents a non-Han culture, and the demography is said to be genetically mix of Oriental and Caucasian.

Culture Factors:

Europe in general, for its multiculturalism. Specifically, 

France - the Paris subway. Almost each train car had an attractive white female, perfectly defining the eternally thin, white and bourgeois Parisienne, a synonymous of French elegance.

Norway - despite often shy, the blondies had charming personalities, they were highly educated, and well traveled. Average Scandinavian takes 4 domestic and 1 international trips per year.

Japan - if you like Asian women. Awesome food culture. Deep history. Many can be great long-term partner in a committed relationship.

Mexico - affectionate women. PDA on public transport all day every day. Cheek kissing was the standard custom of greeting between genders. Downside, a bit short in height.

The Improving:

Brazil - you find many attractive females on the beaches, but in the cities it wasn't that impressive. 1 out of 3 women dress in one-piece dress as a daily casual outfit. In general, the Internet overrated this nation.

America - weight issue, and sometimes that Americentric, monolingual / anglophone worldview which may limit them to a singular prospective. Country girls, however, are a blessing.

The Not Included / To Go:

Africa - I would guess the African women in Africa are crazily attractive. However, all my knowledge at this point about "black people" is nothing but the African American ghettos.

Australia - often said being the most fitted country in the world.

Middle East / India - exoticism, everyone likes.
