I am not sure that I understand it correctly about the terminology. Is the final diagnosis "adult granulosa cell tumor"? On frozen section, it is very subtle to see the so called "Call-Exner body" - ring of coffee bean-like cells surrounding eosinophic fluid or basement membrane material. Most granulosa cell tumors behave in a benign fashion, but occasionally (~10%) can spread or metastasize. Great case!
