I am not sure that I understand it correctly about the terminology. Is the final diagnosis "adult granulosa cell tumor"? On frozen section, it is very subtle to see the so called "Call-Exner body" - ring of coffee bean-like cells surrounding eosinophic fluid or basement membrane material. Most granulosa cell tumors behave in a benign fashion, but occasionally (~10%) can spread or metastasize. Great case!

不是所以的粒层细胞瘤都有明显内分泌症状。
冰冻诊断时，大体检查非常重要，希望尽量提供大体照片。
移行细胞癌是恶性度极高的上皮性癌。异型性比较大，“癌”的特征更明显。而粒层细胞瘤低度恶性，一般预后较好。细胞一般比较一致。CE小体不都是中空的。
希望有EMA，calretinin，inhibin等结果。
