角化型鳞癌；AGC—FN。

鳞应该没问题，萎缩吧，腺核仁明显且大，是AGC，或者是节育器反应？？？

 Fig 15 looks like endocervical cells, because forming honey comb structure, foamy cytoplasm, fig 16, 21 look like parabasal cells cluster, more common in atrophic background. Cells is spindle like and cyto dense suggesting squamous cell origin.

 萎缩背景上出现single or small cluster cells forming 3 D  in Fig. 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 18, 19, 20, prominent nucleoli and enlarged nuclei, which of size is about 2-3 times larger than WBC's, nuclear membrane thick and foamy cytoplasm, big vacuoles in cyto, no brush border suggesting that the cells are from glandular tissues, single or small cluster, and can see community borders or bags of neutrophils indicating from endometrial cells. So, we need to rule out the EMCA, needs to do D & C to make final diagnosis. Squamous cells look fine.

Diagnosis: EMCA, check patient's Hx and Do D& C.

 62岁，图片呈现萎缩性背景，大多以中层和副基底层细胞为主，有散在的也有很多成团成片的，15,16,21分别是什么细胞团呢？
