 个人认为首先需要确定的是送检物是否为淋巴结。

 是哪的淋巴结，颈部？不是转移。

呵呵，应该是甲状腺组织，不是淋巴结吧。甲状腺组织中可以见到淋巴组织的嘛。

 应该是转移性甲状腺癌，请问甲状腺肿物如何？

 胸锁乳突肌以内的淋巴结里也可以出现正常的甲状腺组织， 胸锁乳突肌以外的出现甲状腺组织一定是转移。

 感觉应该是转移性的

不知道能不能考虑腺泡细胞癌，闰管细胞为主型。 

多给些图，看是否为淋巴结再作讨论。
