恶性能定吗？

mammography:

Findings: there are multi focal opacity scattered in the left breast mainly in the subareolar, upper half and to lower half of left breast. The largest one appear irregular ill-defined with inhomogeneous pattern containing punctuate calcification and multiple foci of radiolucent area. Mostly representing necrotic zone.

In correlation with sonographic exam shows: multi focal variable in size inhomogeneous hypoechoic mass lesion associated with perifocal edematous breast tissue and dilated ducts.

Multiple variable in size left axillary lymphadenopathy.  

Right breast appear normal.

Conclusion: the above mentioned finding consisting with breast tumor mostly multifocal left breast adenocarcinoma associated with multiple left auxiliary lymphadenopathy.

Secondary edematous left breast tissue and dilated ducts.
