both breasts U/S:

-evidence of about(26x27x28mm)thick walled cystic lesion seen in the upper inner quadrant of the right breast at 1 o’clock location about (3.5cm) from the nipple, this lesion contains about(5x9x14mm) irregular hyperechoic structure seen in its dependent part, no detectable vascularity within it by color Doppler study, associated with few internal echoes picture suggestive of complicated galactocele? Complicated breast cyst with retracted blood clot? Intracystic papilloma is another possibility? For further work up

-about(13x6mm) enlarged reactive right axillary lymph node is seen with preserved central fat, left axillary region is free.

- mild bilateral ductal dilatation is noted( physiological/ lactating)

-normal echogenicity of fatty and fibroglandular of breast tissue of both sides.

-no sonographically detectable solid or cystic masses in the left breast

-no clear evidence of suspicious calcifications.

The above pictures show that is a benign intraductal proliferative lesions,intraductal papilloma is considered preferentially.
