纤维结构不良。

镜下：病变一般界限清楚，由纤维性/骨性成分构成，不同的病变甚至同一病变的不同区域两者的比例均有所不同。纤维性成分由温和的梭形细胞构成，核分裂活性低，骨性成分由不规则的弯曲编织骨骨小梁构成（板层骨少见），有时，骨性成分呈现砂砾体或牙骨质样结构。诸如泡沫细胞、多核巨细胞以及继发性动脉瘤样骨囊肿或黏液变等继发性改变亦可出现。

骨纤维异常增生症

I am a little bit hesitate for this case, don't feel that I have seen the whole picture of this case yet. Those classical "fibrous dysplasia" changes seem to be in a focal area, and it seems to be "zonal" in distribution. What are those structures in fig. #15 and #4? I cannot see them clearly. I would recommend to correlate with clinical history and radiation image.

如上所诉，病情可能比单纯的纤维结构不良更复杂一点，组织学所见好像还有死骨，病史还需更详细一些，还要参考影像学才能有最终诊断。
