One more comment I want to put is possibilities. There are three posibilities.
The first is that if this is the so-called mass, the lesion is just an occulsion and cause fluid accumilation. After the sugery you cannot tell based on morphology. In this case you need to call urologist to communicate with him/her to get additional information.
The second is that the surgeon really do not know what is the normal examination there. he just feel a mass and cut it out.
The last is that this is not representive for the lesion. The surgeon missed the mass.
