I agree that the photos appear to be that of a WHO grade II astrocytoma. The microcysts and cytoplasmic vacuolation of some neoplastic cells suggest protoplasmic astrocytoma, but this entity is very rare and I would not make such specific diagnosis unless classic features are present.
