超声报告如下：Evidence of about 97x57mm, ill-defined heterogeneous mass conglomerate and lymph nodes involving the root of left breast extending to the left axillary region (neoplastic process can be  considered). In addition to moderately dilated ducts at areolar and retro-areolar region of left breast. Dilated superficial vein.  No definitive sonographic signs of localized active mass lesion in right breast and right axillary region apart from post- operative soft tissue thickening.

图片显示的是不是脂肪和纤维间质，没有上皮细胞吧，细胞没有异型性，该怎么做诊断呢？看细胞学，我基本是外行，还望谁能给个指点，谢谢！

 楼主是外国的吧，全是英文，发良性病变  合适吗？？

 我觉得只需要报告未见癌细胞就可以。根据B超报告，左乳有很明确的9公分的占位，肯定要首先考虑肿瘤性病变，除外穿刺失误的因素外，不同级别的叶状肿瘤以及一些间叶性肿瘤都可以出现形态很温和的区域，从而展现为图片所示的FNA像。为什么不做粗针biopsy呢？也没什么风险啊？临床还有很多手段，发报告没必要太钻牛角尖，别把自己非逼上绝路。

 脂肪瘤不排除，建议手术病检。

未见恶性成分，良性病变。

 向患者要来了以前的右侧病理结果：Rt.  breast tail mass：Gyneco-mastia with dense fibrosis & axillary hamartomatous mass entangling L.N with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. No evidence of malignancy in any of the multiple serial sections examined.

 左腋窝切除标本，可见一灰黄、灰白质硬区，似有包膜，大小7.5x5x3cm，切面灰黄、灰白（像多个融合的淋巴结）；另见一肿大淋巴结，3x2x1cm， 切面外围灰白，中心灰黄，包膜完整。
