不排除转移癌

 补做免疫组化SMA（—），DES（—），Myogobin（—）。

和脑膜有关系吗？

Based on cytology and architecture, this is likely a metastatic high grade carcinoma with spindle cell features. I do not think it is high grade astrocytoma or metastatic melanoma or meningioma. Some tumor cells have globular cytoplasm suggestive of intracytoplasmic mucin production and adenocarcinoma, but this requires further investigative staining. I suggest doing mucicarmine, Cam5.2, TTF-1, Napsin A, CK5/6 and p63 protein to see if this is an adenocarcinoma or spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma of pulmonary origin.
