I think this is a case of ependymoma of unclear grade (II or III). There are areas of necrosis, but this alone doesn't qualify an ependymoma as WHO grade III anaplastic. Other features need to be carefully looked for, including vascular/endothelial proliferation and mitotic counts. 

 倾向室管膜瘤，WHO2级。从提供的图片上观察：血管增生、核分裂象等不明显，建议免疫组化ki67。
