泌尿生殖系统病理病例（黄教悌老师提供）

 

病例1 66 year old man with history of increased PSA. The slide contains prostate biopsy material.

66岁男性，PSA升高，前列腺（穿刺）活检

病例2 75 year old man with history of hematuria. Cystoscopy reveals a Polypoid tumor in prostatic urethra. Clinician was suspecting a papillary urothelial carcinoma of the urethra. The slide contains the resected urethral tumor

75岁男性，血尿；膀胱镜检查在尿道前列腺部见息肉样物；临床考虑尿道的尿路上皮乳头状癌；所见为切除活检。

病例3 81 year old man with a history of high grade urothelial carcinoma diagnosed 8 years ago. A bladder biopsy was performed.

81岁男性，8年前曾患高级别尿路上皮癌；现为膀胱活检

 

病例4 55 year old woman with abdominal pain. Radiological study revealed a large base in the dome of the bladder.

55岁女性，腹痛；影像学检查在膀胱底部见广基病变
