术中右侧CPA区见一实性占位，质韧，边界清、呈黄白色。

This is WHO grade I schwannoma, and is usually derived from vestibular branch of cranial nerve VIII at cerebellopontine angle. Vascular thrombosis, fibrinoid change, old hemorrhage, spindled and vacuolated cells are all its characteristics. Nuclear atypia is considered of degenerative nature when not associated with detectable mitotic activity.
