形态学特点并结合免疫组化，可诊断间变星形细胞瘤（WHOⅢ级）。

我感觉是胶质母，其中梭形细胞好像少涂细胞

星形细胞瘤WHO3级

This is a high grade astrocytoma, at least WHO grade III (anaplastic astrocytoma). If there is unequivocal vascular/endothelial proliferation and/or focal tumor necrosis, this would be classified as WHO grade IV glioblastoma. I do not see either of these two features in the photos.

胶质母细胞瘤，WHO4级

没有栅栏状坏死，还是考虑：间变型胶质细胞瘤

星形细胞瘤WHO3级
