Focal
cutaneous neurofibroma may be infiltrative but always confined
wthin the dermis.;however,diffuse cutaneous neurofibroma usually involved
subcutaneous tissue， infiltrating into fat with adnexa traped. solitary tumor suggests
the patient does not have neurofibromatosis type 1.Thus,the clinical and histopathological
features of this case may be suggestive of a diagnosis of diffuse cutaneous
neurofibroma,if the tumor was imcompletely excised,there may be a focally rucurrence anytime later.
