Thanks. Good case. Basically agree with above. 2 points: pic 3 and another show round glands with cribriform periphery tumor and central comedo necrosis. That reminds me of gleason patter 5 of prostate cancer. Of course urothelial carcinoma can have this morphology too. Since the tumor is in the lower urethra, i think we should also think of prostate cancer extending up to lower urethra or concomittant prostate cancer. Second point: the cartilagious tissue does not appear malignant to me, may represent reactive metaplastic changes. It is a very rare and peculiar tissue to see in urethra. But we need to be careful to call this carcinosarcoma,
