It is a good thought. The person who gross the specimen may answer the question
确实是一个独立于输卵管伞端的肿物！

交界性子宫内膜样粘液性肿瘤，部分实性乳头内可见筛孔结构，考虑局灶上皮内癌形成。
Mucious borderline tumor with focal intraepithelial carcinoma=focal areas with marked nuclear atypia (nuclear grade 3). I do not notice foci with high grade nucelar grade. So I do not buy 局灶上皮内癌形成
