UDH和ADH免疫组化如何鉴别？CK5/6，ER、PR

 CK5/6在中间型上皮表达， UDH时增生上皮完全表达或部分表达呈马赛克样，ADH时增生的轻度非典型细胞表达缺失或明显减少。

ER diffusely and strongly positive for DCIS or ADH

weakly or focally positive for UDH

basically you need to make the distiction by cytomorphology. Many books have the description, such as Schnit breast book, abin translated.
