This should be a Wright-Giemsa stain, a standard stain for blood smaer. The changes of the cell morphology are much due to an old sample. There are some reactive lymphocytes but I do not know if 异淋 means atypical lymphocytes or variant of lymphocytes.
The picture of the cells should take from the thin area, not from the thicker area. If the red cells are all stack together, that means the area is too thick.
