初看也觉得是小细胞癌，后来看了IHC好迷惑，回过头再看HE觉得浆细胞瘤形态不像啊，是间变的浆细胞瘤？浆母细胞性淋巴瘤（DLBCL的亚型）形态不像啊

Based on morphologic features, this case should be carcinoma, esp for high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma, but not lymphoma.

CD138 can be positive in a few neoplams, such as carcinoma.
