女，58岁，乳腺肿物，体积3x2.5x2厘米，切面灰黄，质脆，部分坏死，与周围组织分界较清。

找典型的、具有代表性的

肿瘤实性团块状，周围有收缩裂隙，细胞栅栏状，见肿瘤性坏死。恶性肿瘤，神经内分泌癌？基底细胞癌？

神经内分泌癌？基底细胞癌？

浸润性筛状癌？

倾向恶性。

恶性肿瘤，倾向神经内分泌癌。

诊断主要是神经内分泌癌，实性乳头状癌

1、 基底细胞型乳腺癌      2  、肌上皮细胞癌    3、实性乳头状癌

基底细胞型乳腺癌

做什么免疫组化？

 ck5/6,ck14

不一定是恶性，做一做p63,actin，很像肌上皮肿瘤。

乳腺的乳头状肿瘤也要考虑，没有看到低倍图像及边缘情况，不好下结论。 

恶性，肌上皮细胞癌？做P63看看。

Stains for AE1/AE3 and p63 to see the nature of the lesion first if i cannot make the judgment based on H&E.
