Figure 1: They are not all endothelial cells. The dark and small cell at 2:00 may be a pyknotc smooth muscle cell or a lymphocyte. The large cell at 3:00 (and 11:00) could be smooth muscle cell or a pericyte. All luminal cells are endothelial cells.

Figure 2: There are two "spindle" cells. The right one could be lymphocyte (T-cell). But I am not sure. The left one is unlikely a lymphocyte.
If we look at the lower and left lower part of the figure, we may see that there are a couple of cells with lipid droplets in cytoplasm. Is it possible that this photo was taken from a denuced or injured tubule?

Thanks Dr.Qu. I am not sure, this case is mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, but I can see a lot of lipid droplets in renal tubular epithelial cytoplasm
