这例异型性不明显，多成细胞团，散在异常细胞好像未见，有核仁，开始我考虑AGC.,唉，真难。

无法再详解了.

好病例，摔一跤，要谨记。

1.细胞成小簇状分布，单层平铺；形态单一，多为小圆形细胞

2.核大小约为中性粒1.5-2倍，核深染，粗颗粒状染色质，核仁明显，核膜增厚；图10、13细胞异型最为典型

3.胞浆破烂，部分细胞团可见坏死成分

4.可见梭形和蝌蚪形鳞状分化的细胞

单从细胞学考虑：低分化鳞癌

报告发至ASC-H/HSIL。

事后分析不算数，只为汲取教训，期待老师详细讲解。

 

 

 

 

 

活检标本结果，根据HE及免疫组化标记，确诊为 小细胞性非角化鳞状细胞癌。

ASC-H，建议活检。
