Which is the specimen, peripheral blood or bone marrow? How does the smear look like?

I see decrease in granulocytes, and no increase in blasts or lymphocytes. Not sure what's going on.

This specimen comes from bone marrow. There are many cells in the CD45 negative gate and I am not sure what it is.
