All the cells morphologically look like blasts, suggestive of ALL. You need flow cytometry study to confirm. Do you know the cytogenetic study results? If this is a patient with trisomy 21, it become more complicated. It could be AML-M7 ( particularly the last two pictures) or transient abnormal myelopoiesis.

这些细胞形态是原始细胞， 可能是ALL. 流式细胞仪可以确诊。你知道细胞遗传的结果吗？ 如果这病人是21三体， 可能就复杂些。 这可能是AML-M7 (特别是最后两个图）或 暂时髓系异常增生 （TAM)。
后经 Dr. Pan 证实， 这是一个TAM. (常见于21三体病人）
