 I consider this case as a mucinous borderline tumor of the mixed cell types (intestinal and cervical types). This kind of tumor usually associates with endometriosis. Please check if these is any evidence of endometriosis in this case.  The pelvic washing you provided is negative with numerous mesothelial cells.
