弹力纤维瘤，由于其特殊的部位，一般是不会出现诊断问题的，这里补充一个罕见的疾病：elastofibrolipoma（弹力纤维脂肪瘤）
De Nictolis et al. described a case of an elastofibrolipoma arising in the mediastinum.Unlike elastofibroma, the elastofibrolipoma is well circumscribed, is surrounded by a fibrous capsule, and has a more conspicuous adipose component in both the central and peripheral portions of the tumor. In a report of elastofibromatous change of the rectal submucosa,the lesion closely mimicked amyloidosis, although elastic and Congo red stains allowed this distinction.
