Based your photos, it is very much like a "Bartholin's duct cyst". The differential dx is "Mucinous Vestibular Cyst". The former can be lined with glalndular, squamous and transitional cells; while the latter is usually mainly mucinous and ciliated epithelial cell lining. Your photos show focal squamous lining, therefore, I favor a diagnosis of " Benign Bartholin's Duct Cyst". The only thing left is adjacent normal Batholin glands which is not always seen based on the degree of wide excision surgically.
